When I first saw the new in-color Mossy Meadow, I was a bit turned off by it and was determined that there was no way I was ever gonna like this color. However never say never, because now that I have used it I am gaining a fondness for it. Here I used it as the base card and the DSP background paper. The image is from the stamp set Mingle all the Way, page 17 of the HC. I used the Stampin’Write Markers to color the sentiment. To finish it off I used the red satin woven ribbon and Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine. What do you think?
Again I used the new Kraft CS and embossed it with the Lucky Stars EF, page 30 of the HC. I love our new 12X12 Under the Tree Specialty DSP, page 5. So elegant and really adds another dimension to this card. I used the Linen Thread and the Cherry Cobbler Linen Ribbon. The tree was cut out of glimmer paper with the Tree Punch found on page 24. The star was punched out with the Itty Bitty Accents punch Pack, page 222 in the Big catalog.

I created this card with the stamp set Santa Stache, page 18 in the HC. I colored him with the Blendabilities and use the Dazzling Diamond Glitter paper for the mustache and the hat. The satin woven ribbon is found on page 15. I used the DSP Nordic Noel also on page 15. The sentiment is from Good Greetings.
When I first rec’d this Kraft card stock I didn’t much care for the feel of it. However, as I started to use it, I fell in love with the look. It is especially nice when used with embossing folders as in this card. I used the Cherry Cobbler Sheer Linen Ribbon and the Burlap ribbon together. In addition, I used the All is Calm Snowflake Embellishments found on page 22 of the HC and the Star framelits dies (pg 231) to cut the star out from the Festive Designer Kraft Rolls found on page 10 of the HC. This paper is so beautiful, you know I will be using it for all my gift wrapping this year.
I made this little box with the new Gift Box Punch Board found on page 5 of the Holiday catalog. You can amke small to very large boxes with this tool. So easy to use and you do not need any glue. Isn’t that awesome? This little box I did not use glue but on larger boxes they suggest a little snail or sticky strip. These can be used for name cards, filled with little treats, for your Thanksgiving Day table. You can also change the design and use them for the Christmas table. So versatile. SU has a video showing how to assemble the box, go here to see.
With the Holidays coming up I tend to forget about the year round DSP, this case being Flashback, found on page 186 in the Big book. I love all of the colors in this DSP, so striking! Actually the card is more about the colors than anything else and that makes this a great all occasion card. What do you think?
Sentiment on this card is from the Holiday catalog, Mingle all the way, page 17. The background is from the Big Catalog, Hardwood, page 175 and the Autumn Accents die cut leaves are also from the Big catalog on page 232. Will be wrapping up the Thanksgiving cards and projects this week because we are getting down to the wire for purchasing supplies for that Holiday. You still have time but you have to hurry!
We made this at club last night. We also made 2 3D items, a shaker card and a Christmas Ornament for the tree. Great fun and so many laughs. Belonging to a club is fantastic! You not only get to make neat projects, on a monthly basis, but what really sets it apart is the life time relationships you develop by sharing what you love to do with others. I used the set Festival of Trees, page 24 of the Holiday catalog.
This card was created using the stamp set Cheerful Christmas found on page 15 of the Holiday catalog. The colors I used were Lost Lagoon and Mossy Meadow. This is also another card we made at one of my stamp camps. The ribbon on the bottom of the card is also Lost Lagoon. However, my photography skills for some reason makes it look like a different color in this photo. Maybe its my lighting……..
Not too soon to be thinking of the Christmas Holidays with family and friends. We have made it easy for you this year.
I cased this card from another demonstrator on Stampin’ Connection but I can’t remember who this talented stamper is. If you know who the original designer is please let me know so I can giver her credit. We created the background with a block stamped in Sahara Sand. The tree is stamped in Mossy Meadow as is the sentiment from Good Greetings. Such a pretty card and so clean and simple.
I went outside the box (forgive the pun), and made these cards using some of our other embellishments (not in the kit) just to show you the diversification of this kit. It is loaded with great ideas already but if you want to do something other than what is shown on the instructions, it is easy to do. Everything is included in this kit and the only thing you will need is adhesive. It even contains dimensionals. Contact me here to find out more.
I cased this ornament from Ilina Crouse, a very creative demonstrator. I did change mine around a little but the main idea is from Ilina. This, believe it or not, was not as much work as it looks. I guess the hardest time I had with it was keeping it glued together long enough so the glitter and flakes stayed put. I apologize for the reflection of light on the top of the bulb but that is almost impossible to remove while photographing. I think I could have had better luck if I shot the picture outside in daylight. The backgound in the bulb is stamped with the set White Christmas.
If you came to my camp yesterday you would have made this card along with other projects geared for the Holidays. These trees are embossed with various embossing folders from the gold foil card stock. To save as much card stock as possible the gold layer under the Night of navy with the trees was used to punch out the 3 trees. Then embossed. There was still enough of foil card stock left to slide under the Night of Navy layer. Sentiment if from the hostess set Good Greetings.
I made this card using the baby wipe technique. The sentiment stamp is from the set Seasonally scattered, page 43 of the Holiday catty. The leaves are die cut from the Bigz die Autumn Elements. The technique involves layering several baby wipes together and dropping different colors of ink refills onto the baby wipe until it is saturated with many colors. The you take your stamp and stamp on the baby wipes to leave a beautiful sentiment with many fall colors. Hope you like it.
I don’t think I am ever going to use up all of the items in this kit. There is so much. All you really need to do is add your card base, stamp, add embellishments and you are good to go. I can’t wait to see what is in the October PP. I understand it will be something to do with Thanksgiving. Should be coming any day now and I am super excited.
Another really cute embellishment received with this kit was the little clothes pins, and so many of them.
When you order these journals (page 200) you get two and they make great gifts. They are 3 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ so they fit nicely in your purse or pocket. I covered the journal with our DSP Flashback found on page 186 and embellished it with some of our rhinestones which I colored with a black sharpie. So much fun to decorate! OOPS! just realized I spelled Stampin’Up! wrong on my watermark……bummer!
I had so much left over in this last month’s Paper Pumpkin, I decided to make a few cards. The only thing I added was our new Washi Tape, found on page 41 of the Holiday catalog. Our Paper Pumpkin Kits are so versatile now. This one set not only contained supplies enough to create 6 beautiful bags but 9 stamps so that you have a large variety of Halloween stamps to choose from.
This next card I used the White and Tangerine Tango two-tone Trim found on page 45. I made the fringe by separating the two colors and then blending them together.
Here is another card using the For All Things set. The inks I used are soft Sky, Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadow and Hello Honey. In addition, card stock used was Whisper White, Mossy Meadow and Soft Sky. You can find this set on page 41 of the Holiday catalog. The twine is our burlap ribbon shredded. I like using it because it is a little thicker than our linen thread. I used the Note Tag Punch on page 13, to cut out the sentiment.
These two stamp sets For All Things and Gorgeous Grunge have got to be some of my very favs. I hope they are both around for a long time. I used the DSP Color Me Autumn and Gold basic buttons, both on page 41 of the Holiday catalog, along with the stamp set. This set is so versatile and perfect for this time of the year. You shouldn’t have any problems finding samples to get inspiration from, as I have posted many.
I sponged the DSP All is calm with Lost Lagoon and cut the tree out with our new Tree punch found on page 24 of the Holiday catalog. In addition I used the embossing folder On Point Textured Impressions for the background. Then I used matching DSP in back of that and our new washi tape that matches everything too. All of that can be found on page 22. The sentiment if from Project Life stamp set Holiday Cheer on page 35.
I created this card for a shoe box swap with my fellow demonstrators. Every couple of months we try to get together and do a shoe box. Everyone brings a make & take for everyone to put together. It is a blast! and soooo much fun.
You can use this card as a decoration for your tree. I used Blackberry Bliss, one of my all time favorite in-colors. In addition, I used Silver glimmer paper and the silver foil paper. The snowflake embellishment in the center of the card can be found on page 22 of the holiday catty. I colored the rhinestone with a purple sharpie and adhered it to the snowflake with a glue dot. I adhered the snowflake to the foil star with glue dots also. Gotta love our glue dots, they are the best!
I know you have heard me speak of not wanting to see Fall come because winter is close behind, but I do love fall colors. I could use these colors every day and not tire of them. I used our Bigz Die Autumn Accents, page 232 Big catalog.
I have found that if you cut the leaves out with our naturals cards stock and then sponge them with our inks the colors are much more vibrant than if you use Whisper white or very vanilla. That is what I used on this card. I used the background stamp Hardwood and the sentiment is from Mingle all the way on page 17 of the Holiday catalog. The Autumn wooden accents are found on page 46.
I love the new specialty DSP All is Calm on page 22 of the Holiday catty. The stamp set is Wondrous Wreath that has the matching framelits which you can bundle at a 15% discount. This is on page 9. The Glimmer red ribbon is also cut out with the framelits. However, the “joy” is from the Snowflake Card Thinlits found on page 22. I used our new in-color Lost Lagoon.
