Yesterday was a fun day with y’all.  I know you enjoyed the food because I have a lot of requests for Jack’s Kalamata & Artichoke Chicken.  As soon as he feels better he is going to give me the recipe so I can pass it on to you.  He’s a little under the weather today, came down with one of those nasty summer colds.   I want him to go to the doctor but you know men……
