I created this card with the Rose Garden framelits page 18 of the OC. I colored this rose with Melon Mambo and Mossy Meadow inks. The banner and the sentiments are from the set, Number of years, and the large number framelits, page 11 and 10, respectfully.
I made this card thinking of my Grandaughter, Mary Pat, whose basketball team is undefeated. Naturally they are #1. The stamp set is Number of Years, page 11 in the OC and the sentiment is from the set Big News on page 100 in the AC. The colors I used are Blushing Bride, Pool Party, Old Olive and Calypso Coral.
I recently held a product based class for this darling little item, Enjoy the Little Things Project Kit, page 33 in the OC. We were all pleased at how they came out. Great to keep and change with the seasons, a special occasion or give as a gift to a loved one. The little fold out easel board is black board so you can even use it with chalk if you want to say something special. So much fun to create.
We made this card at my Wednesday morning club class. Everyone needs a Sympathy Card to keep on file and I thought this card, with the matching sentiment in side was perfect for that. The stamp set is Rose Wonder, page 18 of the OC. I absolutely love this versatile set because of the great verses it includes. We painted this on waterolor paper with Aqua painters, page page 163 of the AC. The colors we used were Watermelon Wonder and Mossy Meadow. We used the Big Shot to cut the Thinlits die in Gold Foil paper, page 148 in the AC. You can bundle this and save 15% on the package.
I just posted a similar card last week but this time I used Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush to set off the beautiful Rose. I really love the effect. The inside of the card is shown with a matching verse and the DSP Birthday Blooms that is perfect for this stamp set.
My oldest daughter has a birthday today and I made this card for her. I spent a long weekend at her house in TN recently and we had the best time. She is an incredible cook and a remarkable entertainer.
I had a wonderful time with my only granddaughter, Mary Pat who is 11 years old. I went to her basketball games, we went shopping, and out to lunch while I was there. I thank God for this blessing in my life.
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching it is not too soon to start thinking about what cards you are going to make for the special people in your lives. This card was created using the stamp set, Blooming’ Love, page 17 of the OC. The matching Dies are on page 16. What is great about this set is you can get it by the bundle and save an additional 15%. The set has some wonderful sentiments also with beautiful images. The porcelain dots can be found on page 6.
I created this card for our camp on Saturday and it is from the set Going Global, page 30 in the OC. I used the embossing folder, World Traveler Textured Impressions, same page, on the very vanilla background and I used the colors Delightful Dijon and Black Archival inks. The DSP is from the Going Places DSP paper Stack, also on same page.
This set can be found on page 27 of the OC. The matching dies are on page 26 and this can be purchased as a bundle. The great thing about this bundle is that it includes the DSP also. Quite a buy at $51.75. That means if you purchase this bundle through March 31st you can get a FREE Sale-A-Brations item. Double Whammy WOW!
This card was created using the stamp set Botanical Blooms, page 27 of the OC. The DSP is Botanical Gardens, same page and the matching framelits are on page 26. The first time I saw this DSP I knew I had to buy at least 2 packs of it. I liked everything in this suite so naturally I bought it all. Not sorry either because you can make so many different cards with it. You get a 15% discount if you purchase the bundle. AND THAT bundle will get you a FREE SAB, now through March.
This ice cream cone is from the SAB set, Honeycomb Happiness on page 15 of the SAB catalog. The only way you can get this set is FREE. That is, if you purchase $50 of product before shipping and tax, from anyone of our catalogs. For every $50 you spend in January, February or March, you can earn FREE items from SAB. Place a $150 order and get 3 sets FREE.
The DSP is Birthday Bouquet found on page 9 of the OC. The colors I used are Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron. I also used the new Lots of Labels Framelits, page 173 in the AC.
This was one of the cards we made at Wednesday’s club.
I absolutely love this stamp set, Botanical Blooms, page 27 of the OC, with the matching dies, page 26. In addition the DSP, Botanical Gardens, page 27, is to die for. The patterns on the some of the DSP can actually be cut out with the dies as they are the same size. Such an unbelievable suite. I just had to have it all.
More flowers from the OC with the matching dies. The only stamping on this card is the sentiment, Sweet Sayings, page 41 of the OC. The Flowers were cut from the DSP, Botanical Gardens, page 27. On page 26 are the matching dies that I cut out the flowers and leaves with. This is such an outstanding set, I am sure you will see a ton of cards created with this set and matching dies all over the internet. The great thing about this is if you buy the Bundle, both stamps and dies, you will get 15% off. Quite a savings! I used the enamel dots on this card too. They are so cool!
I love this little guy from the DSP Home for Christmas, page 9 of the HC. Our SU artists really did a fantastic job designing our Holiday Designer Paper. The wreath, embossed in gold, is from the set Peaceful Wreath, page 21. The Gold Vellum paper is from the AC, page 149. The gold Sequins are from the Metallics Sequins, page 160 of the AC.
So sad that this set, page 21, will be retiring at the end of this Holiday catty. I ebossed the wreath with gold embossing powder and fussy cut the reindeer from the DSP, Home for Christmas. The Fancy Foil vellum paper can be found on page 149 of the AC. The sentiment is from the set Sparkly Seasons, page 40 HC.
PS: The die cut banner is from the NEW Occasions catty coming soon.
I love both these sets, page 17 & 33 of the HC. In addition, I fussy cut the little reindeer from the DSP, Home for Christmas, page 9. They are so stinkin’ cute! The tree was cut out with the matching framelits from Perfect Pines framelits, page 16. I also used the bling, Winter Wonderland, page 23 of the HC.
In case you miss sending out Christmas cards this year because you were so busy, why not send New Year’s cards? I started receiving NY cards last year, so I guess it is kinda of a new tradition. Makes sense. This card was created with the wreath from the stamp set, Peaceful Wreath on page 21 of the HC and also the matching framelits Wonderful Wreaths, page 172 of the AC. I used the gold thin Metalic thread, page 159 AC and the sentiment from the Hostess set, Six Sayings. This is such a dynamite set for the Holidays and you can get it by hosting a work shop in your home or mine. It is from the Holiday catalog. Contact me HERE.
I used the Star embossing folder on the back ground and the beautiful gold cording trim, page 24 of the HC. In addition, I used the vellum Winter Wonderland paper stack, page 23, in back of the tree. The stamp set, Peaceful Pines, page 17 ,with the matching dies. Colors are Whisper White and Lost Lagoon.
Another beautiful set from the new Spring catalog soon to be released. We did this card as a M&T at on-stage also. I love this DSP because you can stamp on it and actually cut out the images on it from the Botanical Builder framelits. It is the most awesome combination of stamps and dies that I have ever seen. The DSP is to die for, and you know the catalog never does justice to the actual paper once you see it in person. The set is called Botanical Blooms.
I think this is the cutest ever. I love the little Santa peeking in the window. This is another card we made at our Wednesday club and everyone loved it. The Santa was fussy cut from the DSP Home for Christmas, page 9 of the HC. It is the best DSP that SU has ever designed for the Holidays. These little Santas and the little reindeer are all over the internet. Now the background trees are from the DSP, Season of Cheer, page 29. The wall paper is from our gorgeous DSP in color. The sentiment is from the set, Oh, What Fun, page 5 and the window was cut with the die Hearth and Home, page 11.
We made this card at our Wednesday morning club class. I used the Season of Cheer DSP, page 29 of the HC and the stamp set is Sparkly Seasons, page 40. I outlined the window with our Silver glimmer paper and used Cherry Cobbler ink on the Snowman’s hat and scarf. I hilighted the snow and the snowman with Soft sky ink.
The thing I loved about upstate NY were the beautiful white Birch trees. I remember one day years ago when I was golfing, that a huge branch fell off one of the trees on the golf course and I remember dragging it off and bringing it home. My husband sawed it into four pieces and I still have them. I decorate the fireplace with them every year when we are not using it. They are still beautiful, and I am so thankful that no one has tried to use them for fire wood. I would, of course, be crushed if that ever happened and needless to say I would have to hurt the person who did that. LOL
When I first saw this embossing folder, Woodland Textured, page 30 AC, that is what inspired me to design this card with white birch trees. Although, I suppose you could use it for any type trees just by changing the color. I brayered the background of the folder with Pacific Point ink which left the trees white. I used the set Among the Branches, same page, for the sentiment. That can also be bundled for a 15% off deal. The little Silver foil ornaments were cut out with the Perfect Pines Framelits, page 16.
Looking to do something different for Thanksgiving dinner? Why not put these on every plate? So easy to make with our DSP, Into The Woods, page 43 of the HC and the Square pillow box Thinlits die, page 41 HC. These we made at last month’s camp and filled with Twix bars. I used Daffodil Delight card stock and cut the leaves out with our Leaflets Framelits, page 172 of the AC. We then sponged the leaves with Old Olive, Watermelon Wonder, and Tangelo Twist inks. We used Wild Wasabi 1/2″ seam binding to tie the box closed and finished it off with White Bakers twine and Into the Woods wooden Elements.
These little guys are so cute and this set, Snow Place, page 33 of the HC, has tons of embellishments to use with them. The most amazing thing about this set is that it comes with matching Framelits dies. To top it off there are sentiments included plus you get 15% if you bundle both. You certainly get your moneys worth from this one. I used the embossing folder, Brick Wall, page 174 of the AC and the white gel pen to highlight the bricks. Hope you like it!
I love these little snowflake wooden elements, page 23 HC, because you can do so much with them. I embossed this snow flake with silver embossing powder and added silver cording, page 24. The stamp set is All Ye Faithful, page 20 and that I embossed in white on watercolor paper that I had colored washed. I backed it with Silver glimmer paper, page 149 of the AC. The card front is white corrugated paper, page 148 of the AC which I cut out using our Oval Collection Framelits, page 173 of the AC.
This is one of the cards we made at Saturday’s camp. I used the DSP from both Home for Christmas (pg9, HC) and Season of Cheer (pg29). I embossed the gold foil paper with the Embossing Folder Boho Chic (pg 174 AC). The ribbon is from the beautiful gold and white Glitter ribbon (pg 29) and it is tied with our Gold Cording (pg 24). The image is from the set, Christmas Cuties, page 19. I used the Metalics Assortment Sequins, pg 160 of the AC.
Our Friday night group made this card along with others and they really liked it. So easy to put together. I used red foil paper and the Delicate ornament thinlits die, page 15 of the HC. The DSP is Season of Cheer, page 29, one of my favorite Holiday papers. I used the gold cording trim, page 24, which is the best ever for tying bows. Love it!
I used the stamp set, Embellished Ornaments, page 15 HC, with the matching Thinlit dies for this card. You can buy this as a bundle and save 15%. I used the red foil sheets, page 26 of the HC, and the Brights Sequins, page 160, of the AC. This is a great set complete with sentiments for both front of the card and inside.
That is the name of this stamp set, page 20 of the HC. I used classic ink from the pads to watercolor the image and then cut out the images with the Square Collections Framelits, page 173 of the AC. I border the image with our gold foil paper, page 148. I used Lost Lagoon, and Pool Party for my paper.
