This card was so much fun to create. It is not hard to do at all if you have the right tools. Right now you can get these Balloon pop-up Thinlits Dies, Page 5 of the OC to make this card. I used the Party Animal DSP on same page. I used the embossing Folder, Celebrations Duo found on page 40 in the OC and the sentiment inside from DragonFly Dreams, page 26.
