My favorite card to create is a vintage type card. I love antiques and old things and I guess that is why I gravitate towards the vintage technique. The flower is not stamped but from the DSP. I did used quite a bit of embellishments on this card. I sponged soft suede on the torned edges to resemble burnt paper.

Another great technique you can do with our stamps is make background papers to match the theme on your scrapbook pages, cards and decor elements. I took one of the stamps from this set and stamped the whisper white background to match the main focal point.

You are going to see a lot of this stamp set because it is so versatile. And with summer around the corner what is better than a big juicy slice of watermelon. Here’s a tip. Use versamark on the melon slices and then add the melon embossing powder (pg 35 in the mini). Heat with heating toll and smell the delicious scent of melon.

I used the flowers in my windows where she used stamped gift boxes. I also used the framed Tulips embossing folder which she did not use. I like the idea of just white with 1 other color, it gives it such a clean look.
