I have been deleting over 4,651 spam hits to this blog all morning long. Have no idea where they came from and since I am new to blogging I guess I have a lot to learn. Especially on how to stop this type of attack to all the comments.
If you have posted comments on this blog for any of the projects that I posted, I am sorry to say I had to delete them along with the other 4,651 comments that did not apply to my blog. I just didn’t have the time to pick and choose which ones to keep and which ones to delete, since in all reality I probably had not more than 30 actual comments regarding my posts.
In the meantime I have turned off the comment under all my posts so you won’t be able to comment on any of my projects for a while. Hang in there with me, I am trying to keep this thing going. Hugs, Patti

Well, today I am a year older. How fast the time flies. I am not going to tell you how old I am but Jack and I will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary this August. Of course, I got married when I was 9…LOL not really, but I did get married young.
Paper crafting keeps me young (at heart) and gives me reason to wake up every day anxious to create and share with all my favorite people (stampers and scrappers). I love to teach what I learn with stamps, paper, and ink, but the message that those three things bring is hope, creativity, self-worth, and friendships. I feel blessed and lucky to have met some of my best friends through this wonderful world of paper crafting.

One of my favorite stamp sets and so happy it didn’t retire. I think that SU should make this stamp set a “Keep Forever” and never retire set. What is encouraging is now they offer it in clear as well as wood. Since I purchased my set used from a Demo that was going out of business (one small stamp is missing) I am going to go for a new clear set.

I am soooo excited that tomorrow will be the first day that we can order from the new catalog some of the gorgeous stamp sets and papers that our company designed for you and me.
Remember also, that today at midnight, you can no longer order from the old catalog, even though the date on the old catalog states that it is good through the endo of June. SU has changed the beginning date of the new Idea Book & Catalog along with the time frame on the mini catalogs.
The minis will start in August and last for 6 months and will contain more seasonal items and embellishments. I love the fact that we will have a longer time with the minis which are always filled with lots of special goodies.

This stamp set really lends itself to watercoloring. I like to use the top lid of the ink pads as my pallets and my aqua painters.

I am sitting here looking at the once beautiful french manicure that I got on Friday and it is all gone. Not because of my crafting, but because of the water aerobics that I have been doing daily. However, my pedicure is still going strong. That was done the same day and naturally my feet were in the water with me also. Why is that? Is it because everyone can see your finger nails but not everyone can see your toe nails?
Anyway, where am I going with this? Well, I wanted to start doing my own videos and was hoping that my nails looked pretty in them. But alas, that is not going to happen , at least while I am swimming on a daily basis. Another problem is that my darling daughter was supposed to drop off her video camera this past weekend and she did not. So it will be a while before I can start doing videos. But hang in there with me and it will happen.
