50 Years……

Hi Stampers,

As probably most of you already know, Jack and I will have been married 50 years on the 25th of August.  Whew……who knew? Lots of ups and downs, celebrations, good times, sad times, trials and tribulations!  All of which make the memories of our lives.

Besides Stamping, creating, and baseball, we love to travel and have been so blessed that we have been able to do this to our hearts’ content in the past few years.  We are now looking forward to our River Cruise on the Danube through Europe and of course, I want to make sure y’all have plenty to peruse on this site while we are gone.  I will do the best I can to post on a daily basis or at least every other day.

In the next week or so, except for designing and creating new projects from the Holiday mini to post while I am gone (that means I will have to forgo doing anything around the house, like cleaning, cooking, etc.), in order to accomplish that.  Who knows, we may even be forced to eat out!   LOL!  Another one of our favorite things to do……

Seriously, I am so totally overwhelmed by this new catalog that I don’t want to do anything but use the stamps and accessoires in it.  It is by far, the BEST selection of Holiday goodies I have ever seen and that makes me want to get into it and start new projects for you now.  I know most of you have already received your Holiday mini, but if you haven’t, please contact me here to find out how you can get one.

U-verse down

Hello Stampers,

I was unable to post because we have not had internet service, TV service or land line service for 2 days.   The only communications that we had was my cell phone.  That’s is the one problem with U-Verse.  If you have everything tied to it, nothing works.  On my cell phone I could only use the phone, not internet, and I don’t know why that is.

Of course, Jack was having fits as he missed the All-Star game on TV last night.  When you are a Baseball purist, as my husband is, that is like the ultimate disaster!  He referenced it to Hurricane Hugo, when we were able to get power back almost immediately.  Now he wants to switch to Comcast……What do y’all think?
