Don’t ask me how the left side of this card got blurred, but it could have been because I was drinking water while I was posting and may have dropped some on the card, usually, it ends up on the front of me…..LOL…but you got the idea right? This stamp set with the matching framelits is HOT!
This is one of those cards that you realize you made a mistake on it and then you have to fix it because “There are no mistakes in Stampin”……RIGHT? I am going to let you try to guess where the ooops is on this card. BTW, this is the ‘Oh, Hello’ stamp set that we will be using in my class. You are going to love it!

I ran this card through the Big Shot with the largest framelits die to make the card. I folded the uncut card stock in half and left part of the fold line away from the framelits cutting line, so that it would not completely cut the entire card. Now the card opens from the top.
I wish I could think of a good April Fools joke to play on y’all but I am partly brain dead this evening. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get these cards preposted, I would have stuck a candle in the watermelon. I wonder if that would pass as an April Fools day joke?
I just love stamp sets that contain animals. Wish SU had more, maybe with the new catalog in June.

This set is in the Big catalog and I love all the stamps that are in this set. So versatile.
I used the embossing folder Cloudy Day on this card. Goes perfect with this set. Everything except the ribbon and card stock is in the Spring Catalog.
I think a man would like this card even though it has a bow on it because the ribbon is frayed and it has a Chevron background. What do you think?

I am finding all kinds of ways to use this Oh, Hello Stamp set. I sure hope they carry this over.
This technique is called Crayon Resist and it is done by rubbing a crayon over the images, stamped on Glossy Card Stock, and then applying color to images. After which you take a piece of paper towel or cloth and rub the images. The color resists the areas where the crayon was.

I got the idea for this card from a video posted by SU demonstrator, Daleen Pinder. She used the Border Score guide that comes with the new Simply Scored Border Plate, to draw the line from the butterfly. Although she demonstrated a technique on her card, I changed it a bit using punches and vellum CS on mine. Hope you like it.
I liked this stamp set the first time I saw it in the catalog. It goes perfect with embellishments from both the Big catalog and the Spring catalog.
I really like this DSP it is so much fun to play with.

I made this card with our new photopolymer stamp set that SU just came out with. It is so easy to stamp because you can see through them and you know exactly where to place the stamp. You won’t need the stamp-a-ma-jig for these stamps! So Cool!

This is one of the cards we created in our clubs this month. The DSP is from the Big catalog called Birds of a Feather!
Just a reminder that this set and gorgeous designer paper will only be available until April 3oth. This is one of those sets that I hope SU will consider putting in the new catalog. I have made a ton of cards with it and the DSP is to die for!
This card was made with the canvas shown in our spring catalog on page 21. I love stamping on canvas……however, what I probably won’t try to do again on canvas, is water color the image….talk about labor intensive…..I wasn’t going to post this, but then again I spent so much time on it that I needed to post it, just to get some satisfaction for my time. LOL
If you will note that I stamped the image with black stazon because I wanted to water color it. But I stamped the sentiment in basic gray classic ink using a marker and was really surprised in how clear the sentiment came out. In addition, I love these new buttons, on page 20, because you can use the thicker ribbon with them.
Of course you know everything used on this card is either from the Spring mini or SAB. The gorgeous flowers come in the Artisan Embellishment kit found on page 10 of the Spring catalog. You can make tons of cards from this little kit just by adding the card stock. You don’t even need a stamp if you want to use the LOVE in it. LOL
Such a buy for $9.95.
Soon we will be wearin the ‘green’ and this card shows plenty of that! Love these new builder brads available with the Spring mini on page 12 of the Spring mini. I can’t stop playing with them, they are so much fun!
These little pinwheels were made with a new sizzlits die found on page 32 of the Spring catalog. Just so stinkin cute!

My sister’s birthday is today and she has subscribed to this blog so I thought I would surprise her and give her a hey…..just in case I forget to send out her card! OOPS! I just realized that this is a sympathy card….oh well Judy, I guess the older we get the less happy we feel about birthdays.LOL
I tried embossing in white on the very vanilla background to give it a little contrast. Hope you like it.
