I designed this card for one of my clubs. This stamp set, “Beautiful World” pg 24-26, is part of a gorgeous suite that you can get at 10% off. You can also purchase the bundle (Stamps & Dies) for 10% off too.
Here, I have paired 2 different pieces of the DSP, which are both foiled papers, as a background. In addition, I have used our new in-color Cinnamon Cider ink stamped on Very Vanilla CS, and also used the new Bronze Foil paper to cut out the stand for the globe. Card base is Very Vanilla Thick CS. You can see this beautiful suite here.
This is another one of those stamp sets, “Tasteful Touches”, pgs 122-124, that has gorgeous matching DSP, In Good Taste. I used Night of Navy Ink and the matching twine that comes in the suite. This is a very versatile suite and you can get the entire suite or even just the bundle for 10% off. The dies are Tasteful Labels Dies and I have used 2 of them on this card. Go Here to purchase.
This guy is so stinkin’ cute. He is from the set,” Whale Done”, pg 96. It has a matching punch that you can purchase as a bundle and save 10%. On this sample I used the Whale of a Time DSP, pg 95 for a background. I used the stitched Rectangle dies, pg 183, to cut out all the layers and the Stitched so sweet die, pg 179, for the sentiment. The stamped background is on Pool Party CS, and stamped with both Pool Party and Shaded Spruce inks, as well as the sentiment. The card base is whisper white thick CS. You can go HERE to purchase these wonderful items.

INSTRUCTIONS
To make the box I scored a 6×6″ sheet on each side at 1″ Markers I used: Just Jade and Soft Suede for the branch.
To make the butterflies, I inked up the butterflies in Bumble Bee then drew lines on the top with the Basic Black Marker.
For the flowers, I inked up the whole branch and fussy cut them out.15
Every now and then we all need a sympathy card and I made this one with the hostess set, “Touched My Heart”, pg 187, Colors I used are Whiper White, Highland Heather, and Gorgeous Grape, Rocco Rose and Petal Pink. The layers are cut with our Rectangle stitched framelits, pg 183. I used the embossing folder, Ornate Floral 3D, pg 185. I embellished the front with Sequins, which I just realized have been discontinued. However, you can replace them with some of our new ones. Many of our embellishments can be dyed with our alcohol Blends to match all of our other items. A complete list of these can be found on pg 156-158.
Hah! Yes, today is my birthday but I am not going to tell you how old I am. Just know that I am older than most people that I craft with. I designed this card for the SUO color challenge using the colors, Coastal Cabana, Soft Suede and Petal Pink and I do love this combination.
The images are from the set, “Whale Done”, pg 96. I used our Stamparatus, pg 164, to stamp the Petal Pink images several times because the ink is so light. The background of Coastal Cabana water wash on watercolor paper would not pick up the color. I fussy cut the Turtle stamped with Soft suede and filled in with light pink petal blends. I cut the watercolor paper out with our dies from Nature’s Thoughts, pg 192. The turtle I had to fussy cut.
The Coastal Cabana background is embossed with the Embossing folder, Seabed 3D, pg 185, and sponged with Coastal Cabana Ink. I then layered that on Soft suede and used Petal Pink as my card base. I used Petal Pink Sequins to embellish the front of the card. Sentiment is stamped in Memento Black ink. You can get all of these products here.
This hostess set is called “Summer Days”. It is so cool! I am going to have a lot of fun with this set, pg 187. In addition, I used a die from Tasteful Layers Dies, pg 124, for the sentiment, which is from the set Timeless Tropical, pg 36. You can get this set if you have a workshop of $150. Easy to do if you belong to one of my clubs. Contact me to find out more.
I used our Blends, Mossy Meadow Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, Soft Suede, So saffron, Real Red, Balmy Blue, Rocco Rose, Seaside Spray, Petal Pink and Crumb Cake. The images are stamped with Memento Black on Whisper White CS, backed with Basic Black CS and the base card of Thick Whisper White. Go here to see more.
I created this card with the set, “Arrange a Wreath”, pg 127. This is another one of those, that for the life of the catalog, you can bundle both the set and the dies and get 10% off. This set is so versatile. It can be used for several Holidays through out the year. There are 21 dies and they are all super fun. On this card I used very vanilla CS on Mint Macaron card base. I cut the wreath from Pool Party, and the flowers were cut out from Flirty Flamingo, So Saffron, and Highland Heather. The sentiment is from Very Versailles.
From the set “Jar of Flowers”, pg 10-12 AC, I used for the background, the embossing Folder, Pinewood Planks 3D, pg 185 on Whisper White CS. It is backed with Highland Heather Card base.
I colored the Flowers with our Blends, Seaside Spray, Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite ad Daffodil Delight. The front is embellished with bronze foil cut from World of Map dies, pg 174 AC and the Metallic pearls, pg 156 AC. In addition, I used the Metallic Gold trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo, pg 101 AC. All of these supplies can be found here.
This set is called “Whale Done” and is from the Whale of a Time suite, pg 94-96 AC. I used the new Misty Moonlight ink to stamp the whale and sentiment. I embossed the front of seaside spray CS with the matching embossing folder, Seabed and sponged the background with Just Jade ink. I used our clear window sheets, pg 153 and our 2 1/2″ whole punch. In addition, I used foam adhesive strips to create the space to hold the Whale of a Time sequins.
This is a very versatile set and can be purchased HERE. You can also get the entire suite or the bundle with the punch for 10% off. Good deal!
I absolutely love this set, “Pampered Pets” with Matching Pet dies. The suite “Playful Pets” can be found in the AC on pgs 40-42. You can buy the entire suite at 10% or just the bundle at 10% off. The DSP, Playful Pets is so fantastic, that you can cut many of the images with the matching dies. That is what I did with the little terrier on the front of this card. Sorry, I had to fussy cut the Lhasa. I am wild about this DSP, it is so cool. I will be making quite a few cards with this set and paper.
I used Real Red and Basic Black Card stock and cut the Whisper white CS with a die from Stitched so Sweetly Framelits, pg 179.
This card was created to show you all the different textures that you can put together to make a very special card. I used the DSP, In good taste. The Whisper white CS was embossed with the Embossing Folder, Tasteful Textile, and the images were stamped in Night Of Navy Ink. I embellished the front of the card with the Gold hoops and tied it off with the Forever Greenery Gold Metallic trim. In addition, I used the Gilded Gems on the focal point of the card.
The stamp set is “Tasteful Touches” and you can buy this complete suite, DSP, Embossing Folder, In Good Taste Elements, Stamps & Dies and get 10% off the entire suite. Or if you just want the stamps & dies you can get 10% off that bundle too. The Dies are called Tasteful Labels. I also used, for the sentiment, a stitched rectangle die. The card base is Night of Navy CS.
Well today y’all can get on my website and order anything you want from the new Annual Catalog (AC). This card was created using the set “Beautiful World”, pg 24-26 AC. The beautiful DSP, World of Good, is the background and I also used the Brass Foils sheets to cut out the images with the matching “World Map Dies”. The Globe is cut out on Very Vanilla CS using the ink Merry Merlot. The card base is Thick Very Vanilla CS. I used the adhesive sheets, pg 162 AC, on the Brass Foil sheets, pg 153 AC, to adhere to the card front. Awesome, so glad SU brought those back.
This is what is known as a “Clean and Simple” card. Especially great for those beginners who are not comfortable with using a lot lot of stamps and embellishments and would like to get into it slow and easy. The stamp set is “Painted Poppies” and I stamped the images with Poppy Parade and Granny Apple Green Blends. The Sentiment is stamped in Memento Black ink and is from the set “So Sentimental”. Both of these stamp sets are being carried over to the new catalog being released on June 3rd. The DSP on the background is retiring but can be found here until June 2nd.
This set, Dino Days, pg 100 AC, and it’s matching dies are being carried over to the new catalog. I think this set is so stinking cute! I used the retiring paper from the Honeybee SAB DSP and Whisper White thick card stock for the base. In addition, I colored the images with Seaside Spray, Smoky Slate and Crumb Cake. The sentiment is stamped in Memento Black and cut out with the new set of Tasteful Label dies. If you need a catalog or want to purchase any of these items go HERE.
Just realized that this card should say “Designed by” and not Signed by. LOL it’s late and time to go to bed.
Yes, I am so sad that this EF, Coastal Weave, pg 39 SC, is retiring. It has literally been my favorite out of all the embossing folders that SU has ever made for us. So perfect for the tropical sets. The stamp set I used is Floral Essence, pg 108 AC, which is being carried over to the new catalog in June. I colored the images in Petal Pink and embossed them, with our stamparatus in Clear Embossing powder, pg 181 AC.
The DSP is retiring and is part of the Best Dressed Suite, pg 54 -56 SC. I used Melon Mambo and Whisper White CS for the layering and Thick Whisper White for the card base. The sentiment is stamped in Memento Black on So Saffron CS. You can find these products here.
This set is called “Comfort & Hope” and will be in the new catalog. I used Whisper White, Gorgeous Grape and Shaded Spruce Card Stock. Inks used were all the same except I added Highland Heather. I embellished the front with retiring Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots.
The Greenery and the Flowers are from the set “Positive Thoughts” and cut out with the matching dies Nature’s Thoughts, both of which will be carried over to the new catalog.
