I created this card using the stamp set, Build a Birthday, page 25 in the AC. In addition, I used as a background the embossing folder, Elegant Dots, page 195. The inks I used for the candles are Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, and Sweet Sugarplum. I embellished the front with the In color enamel shapes, page 177.
